Excellent person at desk told me how long the wait. Said 45 minutes and was called in 35. Nurse took vitals and Sean came in gave me diagnosis sent meds to Walgreens they were great. If I would critique anything would be that the location needs a little tender love and care with some paint. Otherwise great experience

The front desk staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The doctor was patient, kind and a good listener. I felt he understood everything I needed. The nurse was also very helpful and kind. I was out of town and needed urgent care due to an asthmatic flareup. They acknowledged me immediately and the wait was very short. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Only critique was that I had to wait 50 minutes past my online appointment time. However, I understand that things can get extremely busy. All the people I dealt with were outstanding! Conscientious, kind and professional!

Very disappointed in this place. I made an appointment and an hour later the entire waiting room is cleared out. A family came in 40 minutes after me and gets seen in less that 20. I thought from the reviews this place was better. How disappointing. Finally seen an 1 1/2 later. As I told the replacement young lady at the desk. My issue is going ro take less that 10 minutes to diagnose, unfortunately teladoc doctors want me to have a doct look at my issue if it cake back. Really sucks to have wasted 2 hours for something I would have had no co-pay and seen faster. Even triaging should have been done in this officw. The family had 2 kids get physicals for school. Don't waste your time here. What's the point of making a appointment!
