CareSpot Urgent Care of Pompano Beach

Cool, clean and quiet waiting room. Very kind and responsive staff. Clinicians were respectful and responsive. Was told they could get me in at 3 but they were able to take my daughter back at 2:40, which was nice. However the app wasn’t taking appointments for any of the locations near me (southeast Florida) and that was a little annoying.

This is a very well run operation. Very clean, waiting room large and well appointed. I was seen quickly and tests were done in a timely manner. Staff very professional and friendly. Very impressed!

My experience was wonderful. Made an appointment the night before and was in and out within 1.5 hours which is unheard of for an urgent care. The receptionist was efficient and patient. Nurse was friendly and professional. And the nurse practitioner, David, was so incredibly sharp and thorough. He even went through the treatment plan with me and let me know what I could expect. He’s the model of what every health care provider should be. This is one of the few times I actually felt cared for in a healthcare facility when sick and not brushed off. It also doesn’t hurt that the space is nice, bright, and clean. :)

The staff is always more than friendly and helpful. They are quick and efficient. The nurses and doctors treat you with great care, compassion and respect. They are very knowledgeable and do an amazing work and I always feel better afterwards. I have been here a few times and I do plan to return because of the amazing atmosphere and the help I get.
