CareSpot Urgent Care of Orlando South Orange

Originally, I checked in at Sand Lake location, where nobody seemed to care about my broken arm and told me that there is a 2 1/2 hour wait. I called the Orange location and they immediately transferred me and told me that they will hold my spot until I arrive. Once I arrived, they immediately treated me. I am very grateful and I would definitely recommend this location. All staff were incredible friendly. The doctor was super friendly and cared for my need.

The location at 2323 South Orange Ave is amazing. From the Medical Director Dr. Lopez to the PA's Michele Le and Andrew. All nurses,, especially Tina. The Front Desk staff, especially Nicole.. The operation is extremely efficient from the first minute I entered until I left. Very clear direction as far as post visit with clear written directions. Thank you, i will highly recommend and return if needed. .

I had to go in on Saturday, Dec 20, regarding my swollen eye. The reception area is clean and welcoming. Everyone I encountered was professional and efficient. Dr. Garguilo exuded competence and I was particularly grateful that the eye drops I needed were on hand and I could buy them there without having to go to a pharmacy (which would have been closed by the time I could get there). My eye will heal. I would definitely recommend this location.

Michelle Le PA was an exceptional professional. She demonstrated exceptional listening skills, patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout our interaction. Notably, she took the initiative to contact me a few days later to inquire about my well-being following my visit. While the waiting time on the day of my visit was longer than expected, I am inclined to award this establishment four stars based on the care of Michelle and overall positive experience.

Went here to get treated and they collected samples to get tested and was told to wait a couple of days and to call back if my symptoms got worse. Fast forward they did get worse and I called to let them know. I was told the doc would call me back. This never happened. I had to come in person and whoever was in front didn’t like what I had to say. They wanted to check me in again to be seen for another appointment and magically the results we had been waiting for were received at that very moment. I never received a copy of my results. Very unprofessional and at the end of the day pointless because I had to go somewhere else.
