Nurse send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy nowhere near me.m even after asking me and I clearly stated my pharmacy. Slow and didn’t seem to care. Restroom had basically no soap and even though there was toilet paper and paper towels, no one bothered to put them in the actual dispensers. Considering how slow it was and everyone was standing around talking, someone could have put them in to keep the place sanitary. Doors and baseboards are filthy. They don’t care. Just want your money

I walked in the other evening with a thumb injury. I was greeted promptly, and they immediately looked at the injury first to gauge severity and urgency. After determining it was okay enough, they had me register. Despite there being several other people waiting, everyone was addressed immediately upon approaching the desk. It didn't take long at all to get me into a room and get me checked on. Doctor Amarilis was light-hearted, yet at the same time was firm on her instructions. I received a shot and ordered for X-Rays. They took X-Rays of my thumb. The X-Rays were taken, developed, assessed, and the results were disclosed to me very quickly in my opinion. The entire staff ensured I understood my status, my treatment plan, my medication, and answered my questions all while being the same f

I was able to solve what was happening to me. The staff was amazing. I was treating well and wait time was short to be seen. Thanks nurses and Doctor.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appt. Despite that I sat for an hour listening to a staff meeting/training right outside my door. As the doctor walked in he was finishing a conversation about the training. I do not feel my injury was taken seriously or addressed appropriately. The communication was so poor. I don’t even know if I’m supposed to go back for a follow up or if they closed my case. I had no choice, but to go to this facility and this location and it’s a shame that my well-being could suffer.

I woke up feeling pretty terrible on a Saturday morning. It was very easy for me to make an appointment online. I arrived a few minutes early and was taken back pretty close to my appointment time. The medical staff was professional and friendly.
