CareSpot Urgent Care of Orlando East Sand Lake

This location is required annually for my job. I have to be honest. I haven’t been to a better medical location with attitudes and knowledge. Very smooth and everyone had a smile or grin. As well as a potential kind comment. They were super busy but everyone was easy going and smooth. They all were confident in what they were doing and ran smooth.

Phenomenal experience at CareSpot Urgent Care. I came in for a drug test for my employer, but the staff made the entire visit easy, welcoming, and stress-free. I usually avoid doctors and prefer urgent care, and this location really stood out. Everyone was professional, kind, and made me feel like I mattered—not like I was just another patient. Because of this experience, I’ll absolutely be coming back here for my personal healthcare needs.

Had a great time with the doctor...but the rest of the staff can pick up the pace a little. Dunno if they were on break which was ok but finding out the same girls laughing out at the front desk were the same ones checking me in made me feel like I wasn't important. Also, I was told my DATE OF BIRTH wasn't a factor in getting my meds but hours later I'm on the phone with CVS trying to convince them that I am who I say I am so it definitely was a factor. I know now why that place it's empty and to be honest it deserves it.

If you’re traveling and need Urgent Care for medical needs and you are a walk-in, this is not the place to be seen. First impressions were great. They were welcoming and accommodating. After waiting for two and half hours and everyone going past me. I asked when I was possibly going to be seen, I was told at least another two hours. Right at lunch time. No thanks.

Absolutely One of the worst places I’ve ever been at for care, Waited five hours to be seen and treated really bad. Even with an appointment you wait super long. One of doctors absolutely made my pain feel like it didn’t matter. Didn’t even bother to check anything just said that I should be feeling better because the law is the law, what does that have to do with my pain? I do not recommend this place at all, you will be treated like nothing.
