CareSpot Urgent Care of Orange Park

Amazing service kind people, the quality and character of the people made the wait not too bad. We were walked ins both feeling Ill and our concerns were heard and assessed! The lady at the front was sooo nice! The nurse was patient with my daughter who was scared about the flu test. We were running behind to pick up my other daughter and she genuinely cared about our time.

All of the medical staff was friendly and professional. I truly liked the doctor and felt that he listened to me. I made an appointment online and was seen quickly when I arrived. The facility and the bathroom were clean. I would go here again for my medical needs.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff listened to my concerns and treated me appropriately. Very satisfied with my visit and I was feeling so much better within just a few hours after the two shots of corticosteroid and anti inflammatory. Along with the meds they sent to Publix which were ready by the time I left the office. I left home and came back treated and feeling 10 times better in just about an hour. It couldn’t have gone better. Thanks to the NP she was great. And to the nurse and front staff for making it quick and painless.

Despite a 45 minute wait, the staff was very professional and humorous. They made sure I was okay when I gave my seat up to a different walk-in, and made sure my test was thorough and quick. 10/10 experience

Waited for over an hour. They tried to make me sign a paper that said I'd already been seen before I was even called back. They charged me $120 up front then made me wait even longer then said there were no x rays available even though I had chosen this place specifically for the x rays (this was all said in the lobby. I never did get called back to see a doctor). I asked how it made sense that I would pay $120 to be told there are no X-rays and for them to send me to another clinic further away. I could not wait any longer (I had already made an appt which they did not honor) and asked for my money back. Horrible experience, do not waste your time or money since they will simply try to scam you.
