CareSpot Urgent Care of Lee Vista

On 2/6, I went in for a simple TB test. I was greeted and helped by 2 women at the front desk. The girl with the reddish hair checked me in and got me seen rather quickly and the administration of the test literally took 5 mins. The staff on that particular day were great. I returned on 2/8 to get the results. The same girl with reddish hair and a guy were at front desk this time. I waited over an hour and half for the results of the test. When I communicated my frustration with the gentleman at the front desk, asking him if he can check in with the MA to see how long it would be, he said they were busy and only had one MA and one physician that evening, but said he would ask. I dont even think he had a conversation with the MA. The MA mentioned my paperwork being left on his desk but that

This doesn't work, they'll leave you waiting for a long time, they take your money and they don't solve it for you. Total negligence. The worst of all is that they know it, and those who respond to the comments only respond to the positive ones because they are blind to the negative comments that are the ones that really need to improve! We visited this location on 11/16/25 after my husband hurt his hand. It had swollen a lot and was in some pain so we wanted to make sure it was not fractured, just incase. When I say it felt IMPOSSIBLE to find an Urgent Care that could give us an X-ray, I mean that this was the 5th urgent care we visited before we could be seen. EVERY person we talked to here was kind, helpful and gracious. The lady at the front desk was a gem. She kept the front area very clean. The first person who helped us was great, his name was Matthew (I didn’t catch the other names, sorry!) He was able to do the X-ray for us. Thank You So Much for showing up for work on Sunday! Professional care. I went in for a cut and they took great care of me. Four stitches, and when they removed them, the doctor was very careful and empathetic.
