CareSpot Urgent Care of Kissimmee

This is one of the worst clinics I’ve experienced. I signed in at 11:32 AM, and it’s now 2:42 PM—I’m still waiting. Patients who arrived after me have already seen the doctor. When I asked about the delay, I was told there was no room available and they were still “looking for a room.” This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place. I came here for my Dot Physical .

The receptionist was very professional and friendly, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Darlene Lambiaso was very disappointing. I felt that my appointment was rushed, and her demeanor came across as cold and lacking compassion. I went in because I wasn’t feeling well and was hoping for guidance and treatment to help me feel better. No medication was prescribed, and I was simply told to repeat a COVID test the following day. I left feeling unheard and frustrated, especially considering the time and money spent. Healthcare providers should remember they are dealing with people who are not feeling their best and need care, empathy, and attention. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

I had a fantastic experience at this carespot. Kristen Moore and her team cared for me in such a sweet and professional way. They performed multiple tests to make sure I was secure in my results and gave me the best advice for treating my diagnosis. I will definitely be returning when needing so. Thank you again!

We are out of towners and needed quick care for our son. I was in and out within 45 mins. Very friendly front desk. Dr. Mancera (sp?) was super nice, knowledgeable. Highly recommend! I wish Massachusetts urgent care was this quick and helpful. Thank you so much!

Front desk staff was so kind and patient. I had an urgent work call and the employee at front desk found every way to accommodate me. She waited for me when I needed to step out, whispered when she needed to communicate something to me, and walked to me in the lobby each time she needed to hand me documents rather than calling me over to her. I regret not asking her name. The rest of the staff also had great bedside manner but she was remarkable.
