Takes multiple insurances, listed on the website. Recommend to make an appointment vs coming for walk in. Had to bring my kiddo in on New Years Day. The front desk staff were nice and let us know up front there would be a wait for walk ins, and helped us through getting the insurance submitted. They also kept us updated as our turn came closer. Our NP was Mariah Cheevers and she was great and efficient; she answered questions I had about medication interactions and when to come back if signs weren’t improving.

First, the front desk person was very competent and friendly. I think her name was Brianna. She found my insurance and my information and made the process much easier. Second , the DNP / APRN Mariah was also very competent and she listened to me . Additionally, this Carespot had an X-ray technician on Saturday, so we were also able to get X-rays done on site. A very good visit.

I had a very positive experience at this location after I sustained a nasty knee abrasion that became infected and had a foreign object lodged inside. I was able to schedule an appointment online for a visit that same afternoon, and was promptly seen by the physician and attending staff. The physician went out of his way to make sure that I received the best treatment, and even called me to follow up a few days after to make sure that I obtained the x-ray that he recommended (to make sure there were no lodged foreign objects). I highly recommend!

Breanna (sorry if I misspelled her name) was absolutely amazing. And during my visit when I came in to do my drug test, the MA that day (I forgot his name) was so professional and sweet. Thank you so much.

I came in for what seems like the simplest test and paperwork there could possibly be. First off the receptionists are unprofessional and rude, the customer service is terrible even when they are the ones in the wrong. I waited like 30 minutes for them to print out my test result (one piece of paper that has two lines of text on it), and they managed to put the wrong dates on it. Now I have to drive there again, and I bet they will take forever to give me the right documentation, even though I called ahead.
