Good location, new, clean, and with x-ray capabilities on site. Very pleasant, professional staff !!! Very pleased with my visit. Follow up recommended due to broken wrist. I like the fact they followed up making sure I had an Orthopedic surgeon appointment. Very pleased all around!

I’ve used CareSpot over the years when I needed to — they can be a solid place to go for certain emergencies and illnesses. And as you drive into The Pavilion at Durbin Park off Race Track Road, you’ll see a Flock License Plate Reader out on the public right‑of‑way. I spotted it while I was stopped at a red light on Race Track Road. It tried to hide, but I still caught a photo of it. If you haven’t heard of these devices, they don’t just read your tag; they photograph your entire vehicle and send that data into a massive AI database shared with police departments across North America. I had a visit with Dr. Talf today and he was very nice, caring and great at explaining things. He gave me reassurance and you can really tell hes someone who actually cares about his patients. He was funny and very genuine. Im usually not that comfortable with male doctors about certain things but I felt very comfortable and relaxed in his care.

Attempted to walk in for a sore throat. While there were two ahead of me, I was informed it would be an hour wait. I stated that’s fine as I’ve had the sore throat for 3 weeks at this point. I don’t have a primary here yet, and I work during the day, this was one evening I was actually able to have childcare to come and be seen. I walked in at 7:24. They close at 8. Super rude staff overhead me express I’m okay waiting, she sighed and walked to the back making a super snarky, and rude comment along the lines of “you’ve waited 3 weeks and now you come in”. Please do better, be better. This was stated so rudely, I left and will be seen somewhere else. If she’s unhappy about her hours, find a new job. Also, contacted corporate as this was inappropriate.

I was able to not just be seen same day, but also have an appointment rather than having to just sit there, waiting until I could be seen like at other urgent care centers. The doctor was very helpful, professional, and nice. I was able to get there and back to the doctor and gone within 30 minutes
