CareSpot Urgent Care of Coral Springs

I visited CareSpot Urgent Care in Coral Springs today and had a very upsetting experience. The front desk staff member was kind and professional, and I had no issues during check-in. However, after waiting a long time and paying, I was finally brought to the back while in severe pain from what I believe is a broken wrist. My wrist was extremely swollen, black and blue, and I rated my pain as a 10 out of 10. While a nurse or medical assistant was in the middle of taking my vitals and asking about my pain level, she suddenly stopped and left because someone else had come in who did not speak English. I completely understand that emergencies happen, but no one came back to explain anything to me. I was left alone in a room, forgotten, and in excruciating pain. After being there for three h

I have been to this location and so have my family. Each time has been a pleasant and very professional experience with very little wit time. Thank you to the front desk clerk Darius who was friendly and kind. The provider Tamara Clarke Chin made me feel very comfortable and provided A+ service and so did the medical assistant but I did not get her name! Thanks to you all! Definitely recommend this location.

After being badly burnt from my curling wand, I unfortunately did not take care of my wound as well as I should have... after almost 2 weeks, my arm was not healing, so, my boyfriend did and his parents insisted that I come to the urgent care. We came in on a Sunday afternoon, and there was only one other patient ahead of me. The kind woman at the front desk took all my information, ran my insurance and advised me or my cost before proceeding. I paid a small fee, and was seen immediately. After being told the area was infected, I was advised that antibiotics for 7 days, and a topical cream would fix me right up. My visit today at Care Spot in Coral Springs was truly a wonderful experience. From the front desk—Queen—to Nurses Tammy and Maria, everyone was genuine, caring, and incredibly helpful. They made the entire experience pleasant and comforting. God bless them all. Thank you!

I’ve visited this CareSpot location several times due to its convenience, but the wait times have consistently been excessive—even with an appointment. Maria, who’s usually at the front desk mentioned that the location is very short-staffed, which may be contributing to the delays. Hopefully, additional medical assistants and nurses can be hired to improve patient flow. Waiting 1to 1.5 hours with an appointment, especially when only four other patients are in the waiting room, is not a great experience.
