CareSpot Urgent Care of Coconut Creek

We had an excellent experience at CareSpot of Coconut Creek and are truly grateful to Nurse Practitioner Dalhia and her entire team. Even though we arrived around 7:30 PM, she took the time to provide exceptional, compassionate care without any rush. She started the right medication on time, which made a big difference in my child’s recovery. What really stood out was her follow-up to check on my child’s condition, showing how genuinely caring and dedicated she is. Dalhia and the team at CareSpot of Coconut Creek are awesome, professional, and kind. This is hands down one of the best care experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

I had extreme pain in my face around my cheek bone. The nurse practitioner listened to what I had to say did her assessment and explained what she thought was. Offered me my meds from them which saved me time. Which I started right away and the next day the pain was soooo much better! The front desk person was very helpful and friendly as well. I would Definitely go back if I needed to. Thank you so much!!

NP messed up my prescription. A Doctor from another facility told me she should have had me on antibiotics for 10-14 days, not 7 days. Now after her treatment, I'm still some sick. This happened to me in 2011 with a Nurse Practitioner. They have doctors for a reason. NPs do not take the place of Doctors. In this case, the NP was incompetent. Now I have to see an MD to resolve an under prescribed medication. I saw an MD at Baptist Health Urgent Care. He gave entirety different meds for the same condition.

I have been to this facility a handful of times and have always had a great experience until this afternoon. A man who identified himself as Chris answered the phone. When I inquired about my lab results he rudely talked over me and cut me off. When I tried to say that the doctor suggested I call he argued I was wrong. He continued his condescending tone until I finally asked what his problem was. He refused to give me his full name so I then asked to speak to someone else and he hung up on me. I am not sure why this person is trusted to represent your business…
