I don’t understand how we as a society can have attitudes while working in customer service. service is in the name. if you don’t want to be here then call off. the lady at the front desk is very surly and rude very disrespectful and zero patience or character for her position. my appointment was at 12 she made me sit while walk ins came in and addressed them. at 12:10 she acknowledged me. I was not the only person who had this experience either. so something needs to be done in training to show her how to properly communicate with people and smile and not be so smug as if she’s better than us BE COURTEOUS. the front desk is what sets the tone for the whole appointment. the nonchalant attitude she has is disrespectful and that’s me being nice. I had a very good experience at this urgent care. The staff was kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The receptionist, the nurses, and the doctor were all attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The facility was very clean, and the service was fast. I used to live in Puerto Rico, where urgent care visits often include blood tests and immediate IV medication, so you receive results and treatment very quickly. I understand that the process works differently here, and prescriptions are typically filled at a pharmacy, which can take a little longer. However, the medication the doctor prescribed worked well, and I’m very grateful to have such a caring and efficient urgent care facility close to my home. I would definitely recommend it.

I did not have that good of an experience here. The receptionist was nice however I really didn’t like nor understand why when it was time for anyone to pay for their visit, she very loudly calls you up but also announces to everyone and their mother in the lobby what your visit will cost. It was just weird and unnecessary behavior when she can easily just call you up and let you know right at the desk. After waiting nearly 2 hours to be seen, when it was time for the doctor to come he made sure to waste no time. Very quickly told me what I had and let me know my prescription and asked me if I had any questions to which i did since I never had what I got tested for. I usually visit this location because it is convenient, but this last time I visited the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, I wanted to get a prescription and she kept asking personal questions in a lobby full of people, I understand that her job is to ask what the problem is but even though I insisted on not discussing my needs in the lobby because it could be embarrassing she insisted with the questioning. Besides this their staff is awesome!

As I walked in only one patient was prior. Rebecca greeting me very kindly and took my information and handed me an iPad to finish registration. Took my co payment and sure enough as she stated I was called in shortly by Marlene she took my vitals and a few minutes later was seen by the P.A. Christie super hip pink hair P. A. She does it for the kids and you can tell she loves keeping them them happy. She checked my throat and ears super quick and asked to wait a few minutes for results for Covid or Strep. she was very detailed and answered all my questions concerns and checked out negative for strep and Covid virus but still sent me with meds to feel better. Overall it was nice not to wait long and be seen promptly.
