CareSpot Urgent Care of Apopka

Waited about an 1hour & 45 minutes before I walked out-untreated. There is no sense of urgency or efficiency and I believe I was completely skipped in the rotation. Even the nurse was questioning the receptionist why I wasn’t called next because they had noticed how long I had been waiting. I do not recommend this location.

So dissapointed at this clinic. Urgent Care but NO sense of urgency at all. We have an appointment for 1:30 PM and came exactly on time, waited until 3:30pm to be seen! Take note, it was not a busy day, there’s barely any people in there! All i see was 1 man before us and that’s it! Unacceptable to wait 2 hours if you have appointment or if there is any emergency that needs attention more than us but nothing, most nurses are just chitchatting, you can even hear them laughing up to the waiting area!!! I understand if you’re walk-in patient you gotta wait in our case we have appointment! The staffs are nice though and the clinic is clean just need them to take peoples time more seriously!

I would give 0 Stars if that was even an Option!!!!! But This place used to be great and I don’t know what happened. Last week I went in because I was under the weather and was not feeling well at all, when I got there it took forever to check in and waited almost an entire hour despite making an appointment which I get it’s whatever. When I got back into a room finally they did take my vitals and tested me from strep, Covid, and influenza and tested negative for those viruses however it don’t explain the sore throat the heavy feeling behind my eyes and running fevers, the NP who had seen me didn’t tell me exactly what the issue was and told me to continue with the DayQuil and NyQuil and didn’t even prescribe me anything to help since those medications wasn’t helping me at all. I felt rush

Isiah and Walter were such a great help to my provider who allowed such quality care. I did have to wait 45 minutes to be seen with an appointment but it is understandable when going to an urgent care. Isiah was such a compassionate individual— even offering me a hug. Such a sweetie.

What a horrible experience, when in there to ask if they had time to see me, it was just after 7:30pm opened the door and said oh you don't look happy and the young receptionist replied yeah, "we been here twelve hours", What's up? I said that's not very nice, she replied, Well I didn't like what you said when you walked in. I was Shocked that someone that represent Orlando Health would act or talk like that to a patient. I headed to another medical provider that treats patients with care and respect, even if they been working for 12 hrs. this happened 2/24/2026 at 7:36pm they Young Man sitting on the other side of the front desk didn't say a word just looked at her, maybe he was as shocked as I was. If you care about your health, this may not be the best location for treatment.
