CareSpot Urgent Care at Nocatee

Over the past two days alone they’ve earned nothing short of a 5 stars from me. After getting extremely sick with the flu out of town and having to drive 6 hours back- they still made a spot for me right before closing to ensure I could get in to get swabbed and medication. I didn’t end up being able to make it in time because of traffic so, again, they worked things out to get me in first thing the very next morning since my PCP couldn’t get me in for another few days. The NP I saw was so kind and helpful and even helped when I called back and needed help managing more symptoms. They then got both of my daughters in the next day, same day, when I got a call from their school saying they weren’t feeling well. My daughter was afraid of being prescribed the tablet version of the medication

I made an appointment and I was taken pretty promptly. Initial person I met was Talf Who had the most beautiful smile and was so professional and nice. Then I met Josh the PA. He was awesome! Took time with me and explained my entire situation. Now that I know he is regularly at this office if I need any kind of assistance, I will absolutely be certain to go back to this office. thank you for having great people on your staff. Note… The girl at the front desk was the only one who I felt needed to be more personable. She was efficient, but not very friendly.

Customer service could be much better. Disappointing.. The front desk lady was quite rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. When I had called back to correct the note - the old one had the wrong name on it (I mentioned three times about the change and was reassured it was corrected) - I was hung up on. I think, healthcare means "care" and "compassion" first of all, which I haven't truly felt here.

Absolute worse customer service I have received in my life. Nicee (or how ever you spell that) was answering calls, talking to others in the back office all while I waited just to check in. I waited over 10 minutes. No acknowledgment, not a smile not even a look in my direction. Absolutely worthless. That being said, the nurse and doctor were the most caring and effective I have seen in a long time. That front desk experience however really drags the place down.

Scheduled an appt online for the same day. Checked in quickly and was seen even quicker. Got my health concern sorted and I was at cvs within 30mins to pick up a prescription. Feeling much better. Very easy and the nurse & doctor were extremely friendly & professional. Thank you!!
