Life-Changing Service & Proactive Advocate! (Ask for Janet!) I cannot express enough gratitude for CareRX. As a heart patient managing my own complex medications alongside those for my father, who has dementia, the stress of medication management was overwhelming. CareRX eliminated that stress completely. This service is exceptional, but the reason I stay is our representative, Janet. She is more like a professional assistant than a rep. I only have one working hand, so the blister packs for pills are incredibly convenient, and they've always (to my memory) come on time--even early, once, when I wanted to travel with only a couple packs! The workers are friendly; Janet and I are on a first-name basis, and she seems really to care. HIGHLY recommend!

I have called several times and am on hold for over a hour. The people I have spoken to can't find my rx or they said there's no refills but I now have 9 new prescriptions on file. Still no meds. I am going elsewhere now.

Get my monthly diabetes meds from here. Get monthly reminder calls to verify need of meds. Everyone I’ve ever spoke to is always very helpful. Also do mail order tho I’ve never used that part of service. I work right behind them so always just stop on way home.
