If I could leave zero stars on this pharmacy I absolutely would. They are incredibly unorganized and not to mention greedy. My mother needs her diabetic medication on schedule direly, and when we called in order to go pick up they told us it wasn’t in due to insurance and would for SURE be there for us to pick up Monday before she needs it Tuesday Morning. We call Monday morning to pick up and come to find out these people have sold it to another person who simply walked in asking for it. Without even calling to confirm whether or not we’d pick up which ofc we would have. They just didn’t care enough to call or about my mother’s health KNOWING that she had the prescription and pick up date and the woman who answered our call had no clue about where it’d gone . Great experience! My provider was another pharmacy and said that my insurance didn't cover my blood pressure monitor, but I friend suggest me go to CAREPHARM, I went there and got my blood pressure monitor that was covered by insurance. Very helpful and will continue with them!

I am very disappointed to charge me a $100,80 cents with out even asking me about my insurance first. this is ridiculous. Now I have to wait for 5 business days to get my Money back. employees need more training about your policies and business.

So far, my experience with this pharmacy has not been good. I called when I needed to replace my G7 sensor, and they didn't have them in stock and said it should be in tomorrow. I never heard back from them the next day, and I called on Saturday but didn't know they closed early on Saturday. I've been without out a new sensor since last week.

I have been using this place since it opened. PETER the pharmacist here is simply a very knowledgeable, personable person. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone.
