My grandfather’s elbow has been giving him a lot of trouble and the doctor said he needed a brace I thought it would be a pain to get but it wasn’t they handled the insurance and even brought it to our house which was a huge relief ? The delivery was FAST… showed me how to help him put it on safely (even left a little video to check later.. really handy) Since he started wearing it he’s moving his arm so much better and can do a few things on his own again, makes a big difference seeing him more independent if anyone’s dealing with something like this I’d definitely recommend checking them out

In my 60s and don’t normally write reviews but CareOne really deserves one. Trusting companies with medical stuff isn’t easy but they made it super simple. The person I talked to on phone was friendly and helpful, The equipment arrived right at my doorstep. Very impressed.

LOVE THEM!!! The staff at Careone really came through for my mom when she needed a Back brace they handled everything so smoothly… I honestly didn’t have to worry about a thing.

My experience with this pharmacy has gone dramatically downhill since I first left a review, so I am editing my comment. I have insurance. My copay for medicine is $10 no matter the medication. I fill my son's and daughter's medication here only because it's difficult to find anywhere else, and this pharmacy charges me 5 times my copay. I'm forced to pay $50 for one prescription. The pharmacist says it's to cover his cost because my insurance doesn't pay enough to turn a profit. I'm done after today. I will wait for CVS to order the medication before I keep paying 5 times my copay. This is ridiculous. Any time I get it filled elsewhere, I'm charged $10. No pharmacist has ever said they aren't getting enough money from my insurance before this guy.
