CareOne at Wilmington

My mom has been a patient at Care One Wilmington Rehab three different times, and every experience has been wonderful. The staff here truly go above and beyond. The nurses are caring, attentive, and always made sure she was comfortable and well taken care of. The physical therapy and occupational therapy teams are also outstanding. They worked patiently with her, encouraged her every step of the way, and really helped her regain strength and confidence. Everyone we encountered—from the nurses to the therapists to the support staff—treated her with kindness, respect, and compassion. It gave our family peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. We are very grateful to the entire team at Care One Wilmington for the excellent care they provided. Thank you for everything you do!

I would like to share how wonderful my experience has been at Care One Wilmington Rehab. The staff here are amazing and truly care about their patients. The nurses were always kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable. The physical therapy and occupational therapy teams were excellent. They encouraged me every day and made my exercises specific to the things I need help with at home. This really helped me build strength and confidence to return to my daily routine. Their patience and support meant so much to me. I also want to mention the kitchen staff. They were very attentive and made sure the meals were good and that I had what I needed. My mom was in for rehabilitation after a short hospital stay. The issue in this facility is not the hard working nurses, PT or CNA’s, it’s the administration. Kathryn Hooper is the absolute worst communicator. It is her job to communicate with the families and she fails miserably. My mom relies on 24/7 oxygen and somehow her concentrator that supplies the oxygen became unplugged. Thankfully my sister was visiting and it was quickly resolved but this could literally have killed her. I brought this to Kathryn’s attention and she just played it off as unusual and never apologized or circled back to the family as to how it was addressed. Leading up to discharge we tried to coordinate with Kathryn a specific day/time and received little to no communication from her to help with coordina

I was so grateful to Care One for the wonderful care they gave to my husband. The staff there was so wonderful, caring & so professional. I had him transferred there from another rehab (Bear Hill) and the difference in his treatment was incredible. I felt so lucky to have found this place for my husband. It gave me peace of mind and such a relief to have him placed there. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Care One! Thank you to all the amazing caregivers and staff. If there were five more stars I would make it a 10!

Staff so kind. Nice vibe. Physical therapists worked hard with dad. Helped a lot. Wound care was comprehensive. Would recommend for any family member
