CareOne at Wayne Sub-Acute

There’s a lot of great things that I can say about CareOne At Wayne. Everybody is helpful, kind, respectful, cooperative. When you ask questions they get back to you. Nurses are amazing, therapist are very supportive, activities are excellent. The other day I said that man had the same shirt as my husband and that was him participating in the activity program. It was nice to see him active. If ever we need to come back in the future, I will definitely choose CareOne At Wayne. We are happy to go home and we will miss everyone!

In December 2025 we had to put our mom, who was 92, in a rehab facility and I believe God directed us to Care One st Wayne. The administrator was very welcoming and answered our questions when we did a walk through. The facility was very clean and the nurses were very nice. They listened to any concerns we had and they took good care of our mom. Thank you Care One. I would definitely recommend you to anyone who needs a rehab facility.

I’ve had an opportunity to truly see the care and dedication at CareOne At Wayne, and it’s a place I’m genuinely proud of. The Activities Department goes above and beyond to bring energy, creativity, and joy into the building. You can see how much thought and heart they put into making residents feel engaged and valued every single day. The Nursing and Rehab teams consistently show compassion, patience, and professionalism. The Dietary department takes time to accommodate individual needs while serving prepared meals, and Housekeeping maintains a clean, welcoming environment. Every department plays an important role, and together they create a community that truly cares.

I have a very good experience during my stay at CareOne At Wayne. Calvin my nurse's aide is a sweetheart. Christine another nurse's aide, she is excellent and I love her to death. The dietary takes care of my husband and always give him sandwiches to take to his appointment. The rehab Jeff and Kate did very well with me. They are very caring and supportive. For activity department, the karaoke is wonderful, I have been singing in my bed listening to the songs. I am very happy and satisfied. I am now going home and excited to be with my family but I will missed everyone, the CareOne At Wayne family!

I have been in CareOne At Wayne for many years. I enjoyed the activities that they have for the residents. It is very engaging and entertaining. I personally like the concerts, steak and wine dinner, and the many programs that they have in the community. It made us feel happy and supported with many beneficial programs. Monica the Recreation Assistant is great and the rest of the team are amazing! They make us busy and occupied with many things that is great for our well-being! This is a community that cares!
