CareOne at Valley

Our uncle has been at CareOne for almost 3 months. Management seems to have created a wonderful culture of caring and positivity for both patients and staff. We see a lot of the same nurses and aides on a daily basis. They work hard and are always happy and accommodating. I am amazed at and appreciative of their flexibility during a very difficult winter. I would b remiss if i didn't also mention the physical therapists; they are the best in the business.

Careone at valley is one of the upmost care facilitys In Nj! I admitted my grandfather in this facility a few months ago and his progress was tremendous! They do a great job of keeping the building sanitary and safe for all the patients that walk through the doors. The staff treated my grandfather with upmost respect and care, I can truly notice that the staff truly cares for the patients as if it was their own loved one! If you are looking for a place to put your loved one CareOne At Valley is an amazing option!

CareOne at Valley in Westwood is amazing! The staff are kind, caring, and always go above and beyond. The place is clean, welcoming, and feels like home. They took great care of my loved one and made sure we were always informed and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for top-quality care!

My 92 year old mother was admitted here after hip surgery. From day one, it was a nightmare. The staff was argumentative, rude and non responsive to helping her to the bathroom on several occasions. There was no communication from administration, doctors and staff. After 5 days of trying to cope with the care, my mother fell. Luckily the person in the bed next to her called for assistance. The nurse who called me was very cold and uncaring about my mothers condition. I got her out of there within a few days. I'm happy to say that my mother is getting the proper care in another facility not far from Care One. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

If you want your loved one to die, this is the place! My uncle of 50 years old fighting kidney failure died due to the neglect of this facility. He was on dialysis and the process includes tubes in/on the body to hook up to a machine for the actual dialysis. The facility’s medical assistants hardly ever used gloves when adjusting/cleaning his tubes. He was admitted to the hospital due to sepsis in November of ‘24 which ultimately never cleared and passed away March of 2025. This establishment shouldn’t be open.
