CareOne at Ridgewood Avenue

I had an outstanding experience at CareOne in Paramus, and I have to highlight James, the physical therapist. From day one, he made the entire process feel supportive, professional, and genuinely focused on my recovery. James takes the time to listen and actually understand what you’re feeling—not just the symptoms, but the day-to-day challenges. His guidance is spot-on, his exercises are effective, and he explains everything in a way that builds real confidence. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in helping them improve. Every session felt meaningful. He pushed me just the right amount, always paying attention to form and comfort. Thanks to his expertise and encouragement, I’m moving better, feeling stronger, and getting back to my normal routine much faster

Had a wonderful post op stay at this Care One. What an outstanding group of staff—so welcoming and attentive. I especially want to give a shout out to Annette Arce the head concierge. She checked in on me often and made me feel like I was a valued family member during my stay! Would definitely recommend this care facility.

Stayed here after a surgical procedure and received top notch level of care from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. Every staff member from nurse, patient advocate, manager, assistants were nothing but helpful, kind and considerate to my needs. Special shout out to Shalil and Mel for being the best nurses in my stay helping me and managing my pain/needs as well as Ulysses and Dechen for the awesome support. Annette, you are a star and truly brightened my entire stay through how much care and beside manner you convey. I would highly recommend this Care One for you and your loved ones.

I was at CareOne for about 2 weeks; receiving excellent care from the physicians, physician's assistants, nurses, nurses assistants and physical therapy therapists. I arrived needing the assistance of a walker and was discharged being able to walk unassisted. The entire staff was caring, friendly, courteous, encouraging and above all very professional. The facility was extremely clean and the meals were very good. I highly recommend CareOne to provide the care and rehabilitation your loved one requires.

I had an incredible experience at Care One! Every person I had contact with was caring, warm, friendly and supportive! The people I remember most were Evelyn, Ivan and Phoebe, although everyone was amazing. I got so much attention, and all of it was the absolute best I could have asked for!
