The administration is top notch The nursing staff was very kind and caring A1 The CNA nurses always made me laugh 😅 The maintenance technician did an awesome job The food was decent and the coffee! I arrived (by ambulance) couldn't walk was wheelchair bound The rehabilitation professionals helped me 2x each day I went from wheelchair to walker to cane after 7 days the exercise bike (from 1km) to 3 km 11th day I've been in other rehab's After I was in a terrible accident had my pelvis and right femer operated on in St Elizabeths hospital (pins, screw's and a rod for my leg) They sent me to a rehab in Burlington (won't mention the name) place was a Horror show Dirty smelly Dr was good nurses tried but big turn around I was there 30 days the oxycoten Barely worked got into a wheelchair rehab

I've been a a resident here for 4 weeks doing rehab after some surgery, the place itself is very outdated. The staff is caring and understanding and the therapy department is very good. The downsides are that the food is not very good and the activities are extremely limited with no imagination at all. Addendum: since the above posting things have improved, I had conversations with the Administrator, Chef and Activities Director and they listened and even took some of my recommendations on some other meals and the food has become better. In addition to that some activities have now been added or altered to be more fun.

My mother spent some time here after surgery and the PT and OT were awesome the maintenance was good the CNA were awesome her roommate gene was an amazing person

Was not prepared for my Mom to come home after only a week. But they discharged her while I was working without my consent, even though it is my house she is returning to.

Recently spent 10 days for short term PT from a Spinal injury. I was very impressed with all aspects of the care I received. The nurses, the pt team and staff were great and very understanding. Even the food was very good. I have nothing but thanks and gratitude to the whole staff at Care one !!
