CareNow Urgent Care - Westminster

I stopped by the care now clinic after an accident that totalled my car, at the recommendation of my insurance company. My sister was in the passenger seat, my great nephew was in back No X-rays were taken or ordered and now I'm having a difficult time getting records. Bad experience all around

Wow! What an awesome experience during a difficult time. We had an employee that needed to receive stitches and they were able to take care of him immediately. We were in an out in less than an hour. The staff was super professional and Dr Lauren was amazing! Care Now is highly recommended!

This clinic is amazing. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a workers comp incident and they were able to get me in quickly and guide me through the process with ease. The staff took the time to explain each step clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and followed up to ensure I was healing properly. It’s rare to find a medical team that’s this efficient, compassionate, and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of prompt and quality care.

Yesterday I pulled a muscle in my shoulder car washing my vehicle. Ugh! So very painful Today (Sunday) I dreaded coming to an urgent care but I dreaded for no reason! From the moment I walked in Aziza was kind and helpful. I was seen right away. The MA. Edge came in immediately and took my vitals. Good humoured and kind! After she left the primary Kelsey came in and check all the things. Very helpful and even found some of my medications don't play well together! She's a smart cookie! I'm very grateful for my experience and the wonderful staff at CareNow! I'll definitely be back (hopefully not to soon) 😉

Terrible experience would never go back, waste of money and time. Waited almost 2 hours after checking in online just to be seen for 5 min and be told to go to other location for xray. Called back for results and provider wasn’t there, talked to someone else on the phone and they had no idea what to tell me about my results or why medication was ordered. Basically told me to go back and see them again for another appointment or go to my regular doctor, and said to call back Sunday if I wanted to speak with provider who saw me and quickly got me off the phone. The provider I saw (Kelsey) was very nice, but communication at this place is awful.
