CareNow Urgent Care - West Round Rock

Staff was welcoming and professional. All our questions were answered. Our PA explained what she was doing step by step and why. I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again for health care!!

I was most happy with the care I received this visit. There is naturally a wait because this is a non emergency clinic. I am sure it would have been triaged if my reason for visiting was more pressing. The nurse let me know how many people were ahead of me which was helpful. The PA I saw was friendly haf good listening skills, explained what sje felt it was and why. She prescribed medicine for treatment and let me know i should have follow-up in two days. I let her know i had appt with primary the following. I was also informed that if it got worse before seeing doctor, to go to the Hodp I tal. ER. I was most pleased with this facility.

Scheduled an appointment and wasn't seen till 1hour ans 20 minutes later. I took my 14 month daughter they couldn't search up my insurance so they charged me 150 before even seeing her. left me in the room without being seen for over an hour. it was super hot in the whole facility. place does not seem hygienic the employees aren't as clean as they should be for the medical field.

Miss Kiaura helped us today in every possible way. She is so patient and knowledgeable. I appreciate all the hard work you do. I am happy to be able to find this urgent care around us.

Incredibly quick to see me and thorough in examination. Excellent communication … Listened to all details and didn’t minimize or exaggerate possibility. The doctor said what she would do if we were at ER, then proceeded to call local ER to ensure Stat status upon arrival, also made suggestions for f:u.
