CareNow Urgent Care - West Point

I went in with an ear almost totally blocked with wax. They were very pleasant and helpful. They were able to flush out my ear so that my hearing aid worked again. An overall great experience!

Love this place! They are quick and efficient without making you feel like a number. Stacie at the reception desk had me laughing despite my pain, Saige the MA has always been so good with my kids who I've brought in before-always going above and beyond to make sure they feel safe and happy, and took great care of me too. And Susie Cooper the NP always seems to be the one we find here working weekends and holidays and she is kind, listens, explains everything well and always makes me feel like we are in such good hands. Wish we weren't here as often as we have been lately haha but I'm glad we happened to discover this place because now I truly won't go anywhere else for my urgent needs!

I was worked up here for workers comp. I had to follow up weekly. Every time I came Stacie (receptionist) was very friendly and quick. She started to remember me after the second week and had my stuff ready to go within seconds! Susie Cooper did a great job of explaining everything to me, she took me seriously, listened and worked me up thoroughly. She was very attentive and personable. I never had to wait to get in for more than a few minutes and I always left within the hour.

Receptionist Stacie was friendly & helpful with the online check in. MA Ashli got me all set and ready for the NP- very nice too! Provider Susie Cooper NP- was amazing! She was very informative. She really took a lot of time, was not in a hurry. Her honesty and personal insight was a great touch not really seen in clinics. I appreciate all these women and their assistance would return!
