CareNow Urgent Care - Viscount

Took my 2 y/o in for an ear ache. The wait was only 10 minutes and we were walk-ins. Check in was super fast and easy. The nurses were very kind and gentle with my very moody toddler. Nurse practitioner Anna was very kind and knowledgeable. We were there for a total of one hour which is very impressive for an urgent care on a Monday morning.

The care was excellent! I was are able to get in line by scheduling through the Urgent Care website. The staff is kind, respectful, efficient and the visit was fast. The Nurse Practitioner took the time to listen to my concerns, provided me the opportunity to ask questions, and make informed decisions about my care. Before I left the clinic, my medications had been sent to my pharmacy and were ready by the time I drove home. Thank you.

I just returned from CareNow on Viscount where I had the most horrible experience. I was in disbelief with how the provider spoke to me that I had to walk out! I arrived around 6:45 pm for my 7 pm estimated appointment time. I patiently waited to be seen and had a very good experience with the nurse. I was then informed that the provider will see me shortly. After waiting for over an hour, I stepped out into the hallway and saw the only person there (I was not sure who she was at first). I very politely asked about the wait time and added that I’ve been waiting for over an hour and that I have 2 younger children who I need to get ready for bed (it was almost 8 pm). To my disbelief, this woman had the audacity to reply with an attitude and I quote: ‘I believe I have a patient in this room

I went in with a work injury and the entire staff was fantastic! From the nurse who showed patience as I was slowly getting in and out of the chair, the X-ray tech who explained clearly what he needed from me and worked within my limited range of motion at the time and Dr Ferraro who took everything I said into account on top of making the process so quick and with much compassion from all those around. I hope I don't get injured again, but if I do, will definitely come back.

Great service and got attended fast! Medical staff is on point and they check up on you frequently. They got everything I needed to get done.
