CareNow Urgent Care - Tomball

I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care in Tomball. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy from check-in to discharge. I didn’t feel rushed, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and organized, and the wait time was reasonable. I really appreciated how attentive and respectful everyone was. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing urgent care. Keep up the Great Work!!

The nurse and nurse practitioner are excellent so I give them five stars. If I was giving stars based on the receptionist who played on her phone while patients were waiting I would give one star.

I am writing this to express my absolute frustration and outrage regarding the billing department and management at this location. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by blatant misinformation and what I can only describe as predatory billing practices. When I visited this facility, I was very clear about my intent to pay out-of-pocket. I was given a specific amount, which I paid in full at the time of service. I was explicitly told by the staff that this payment covered the entirety of my visit and that my account would reflect a zero balance. However, despite these verbal assurances and my immediate payment, I have been harassed with additional bills. Ms. Denise, NP can take care of me any time I’m sick!! She came in the room right after the medical assistant completed the forms. Denise made eye contact with me the whole time providing her undivided attention! I felt valued and important. She even gave me healthy tips for my nutrition situation! I was in and out in 6 minutes!!! Keep up the good work Team Tomball.

The nurse was very nice and thorough. I almost thought she was the doctor. But then the doctor came in and she was wonderful. She diagnosed something in my ear that no one else had been able to. I really was not expecting much because usually I go to an urgent care That is affiliated with a hospital. However, the care I received was top notch and as long as I do not have an immediate emergency, I will choose Carenow!
