I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care today. I did all my paperwork online before driving to my appointment and I didn’t have to wait too long for my appointment. The receptionist and nurse were very nice and friendly and the office was immaculate. Dr. Shalom was excellent. He addressed all my concerns and made me feel at ease. I felt well taken care of and will definitely go back to CareNow in the future.
The entire staff is so friendly and pleasant! Especially Nurse Tanita! Dr. Shalom is the best and always asks how my family is which is so nice! The nurse at the front desk was incredibly sweet as well. I’ve been here a couple of times and each time is quick and easy. They all definitely make coming to the doctor a little less stressful. Definitely recommend!
EXCELLENT care! Every single time I’ve gone. Excellent. Today they were so busy but still got the BEST care. The woman on the phone I spoke to a few times before I went , super nice and professional. She was happy to answer my questions. The nurse that took me back to the room and took my vitals and performed a couple tests was extremely nice, careful and empathetic. The Dr is super professional, careful, patient and thorough as always. This is am excellent facility and I always leave so much better knowing everyone there wants you to get better.
My visit today was great! The facility is easy to access off the freeway. The staff seemed extremely pleasant; forthcoming and efficient, and put their patients first— that was clearly obvious. Excellent experience, at CareNow. The entire staff from receptionist to x-ray tech and nurses were all very professional and courteous. Dr Shalom and Nurse practicioner Kim were very thorough and knowledgeable, they explained everything to my Mom and were so patient and caring. Meticulously clean, I would highly recommend!
