CareNow Urgent Care - Sterling at Cascades

I visited this urgent care today, Melany and Janice greeted me and helped me with the registration process. They were both were welcoming. This is an excellent urgent care facility. It was my first visit, and even before arriving, I had a great experience. When I called to ask about the wait time, Melany at the front desk was incredibly kind and patiently answered all of my questions. When we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and clearly explained the check-in process. We were then assisted by the radiology technician, Ashkan, who was extremely polite, friendly, and wonderful with both me and my child. Staff was awesome. Other than you scan a q r code. Which takes away from the person to person interaction. But I guess that's what most places want anyway. Not just medical care I'm talking most places in general. Mark the physician was very good and spot on with the diagnosis. Janice was also very nice and good at what she does.

Convenient location. Clean waiting rooms Easy to schedule a time and upload documents online. Prescription was sent to pharmacy quickly. Just wish staff and doctor was more caring and friendly. Doctor provided a minimum (at best) exam based on my detailed description. Make sure to advocate for yourself or loved ones needs!

Wonderful experience here. They were able to get me in within 10 minutes of booking my appointment online, promptly took me back and both medical assistant and doctor were efficient yet thorough. Got medication sent to my pharmacy without a hitch.

From the moment I entered the staff was so attentive and efficient. Very polite too. The wait time was under 30 mts plus they filled all my paperwork. The Dr . And the nurse Too was very caring and thorough!! Very happy with the service and the diagnosis was also accurate. Follow-up was suggested. Thank you Care Now!
