CareNow Urgent Care - Spotsylvania

I live in an area with minimal healthcare and had to drive over 45 minutes for care. I researched several facilities and chose this because of the good reviews and x-ray capabilities. I should have looked at the bad reviews instead of the good reviews. The bad reviews were true to my experience. The lobby is awkward for those walking in and those sitting there waiting. There's a restroom and Keurig. There's extremely uncomfortable, hard chairs. Several darkened areas. Quiet, echo in the air. No white noise or TV, and very minimal music only on one side of the lobby. You can hear everything, even with the music. You can hear reasons for visits, dates of birth, last 4 digits of credit cards, everything discussed on phone calls. I waited 20 minutes in the lobby once completing the new patie

I have never been treated so poorly by medical staff in my 39 years. I arrived at 7:30 PM for a pre employment blood draw. The facility closes at 8:00 PM. When I walked in, the first front desk employee was polite and professional, and I explained I only needed a quick lab draw. Before anything could even be checked, another staff member immediately interrupted to announce it was “too late” to perform any testing, despite the office still being open and there being no other patients in the building. A third staff member then came forward and doubled down on the refusal to help. I was also told this location does not perform X rays, which directly contradicts what is publicly listed for this specific site on Google. Whether this was misinformation or simply an effort to turn patients away

10/10!!!!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Michelle and she was so welcoming. The staff here are absolutely amazing! I’ve been to a few urgent cares and this one is hands down the best. I’ve never felt so genuinely cared for outside of my primary care physician. Leslie and Carina were absolutely dolls. I didn’t feel judged or bad energy. We shared laughs and Carina told me the most helpful information that no other doctors has told me. I would definitely recommend this place to other people especially to females with female problems.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist. I wasn’t waiting any longer than 5 minutes. Brittany was the first medical assistant that I saw and she was friendly and caring. Rachel the doctor on staff was awesome and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. This staff is awesome.

Was in recently with my father. The young lady that helped him was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and definitely made me feel like if we ever need to comeback we would get the help and service needed. I believe her name is Tajsia.
