CareNow Urgent Care - South Mansfield

I chose this urgent care specifically because of its high ratings, but my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was standoffish and spoke to me in a condescending, hostile tone. Instead of feeling cared for, I felt immediately defensive. Unfortunately, the clinical staff wasn't much better, creating an uncomfortable environment that lacked basic empathy. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a supportive healthcare environment.

This was the absolute best experience I could have ever imagined!! I was terrified to go because I’ve never been to an urgent care facility before… just the unknown. They were so amazing!! I could go on and on about the positive I experienced….. Kind, respectful, educated, caring, warm hearted and most personable people I’ve ever met in the industry! Mady and Justin were top of the line, 100% the BEST!!! Mady was friendly, listened to me (even though I have lost my voice), I could tell she actually was “hearing” me and my concerns. I was very pleased with my visit. The instructions were very clear to park in the front, scan the code to check in, and wait to be called. It only took maybe 2-3 minutes before I was asked to come in. I walked inside to a very friendly front desk worker Sharon. She immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome and cared for. Rad tech Mady, took me to a room within a few minutes and listened to the issues I was having. If you’ve ever seen the TV show Law and Order-Organized Crime…..Mady IS Jett!! And I sure let her know it!! She took great care of me and I gave her lots of sarcasm!! The practitioner Linda came in to give me test results and talk about treatment. She was easy to talk to and friendly. I will return to this clinic anytime I’m sick.

The receptionist (Kaylee) was sweet and the doctor / provider (Linda) was super nice. She had great bed side manner and was attentive to my wife’s concerns. Her prognosis was spot on. They were great. Attitudes were professional and respectful. We will go back if needed and recommend others too. Thanks

I was in a lot of pain. The receptionist was kind, professional and sympathetic to me. She really put me at ease. I saw Curtis who wasted no time. He listened to me and allowed me to share what works for me. He was able to help me in about 5 minutes and I was no longer in pain by the end of the day. I will use this office again if needed.
