CareNow Urgent Care - Sahara & Hualapai

I had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care – Sahara Ave. The facility was very clean and welcoming, and the front desk staff were kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. My wait time was not long at all, which I really appreciated. Dr. Lin was knowledgeable, had excellent bedside manner, and immediately made me feel at ease. Her nurse aide, Josephine, was also very kind and attentive, which made the visit even more comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and especially reassuring as this was my first time seeing a doctor in Las Vegas. I truly appreciated the attentiveness and care from everyone—from the front desk staff to the nurse and the doctor.

My husband was seen at your facility, and the appointment initially seemed to go smoothly. He was diagnosed and prescribed an antibiotic. The visit was very quick, which unfortunately meant the evaluation was not thorough. His eyes were not examined. As we were driving away from the facility, he developed a rapid onset of conjunctivitis symptoms. We immediately called back once we realized he was experiencing clear symptoms of conjunctivitis and asked whether antibiotic eye drops could be added to the prescriptions that had just been written. We were told this was not possible and, due to policy, he could not be seen again the same day and would need to return the following day. This was extremely frustrating. Dr. Allen and the team were fantastic, I was very pleased with the upbeat nature of the visit and the care I received. I was in an examination room in around 30 seconds, even before I filled out the forms (I did them in the examination room) Can't wait till I bash my head in again...LOL

I had a very positive experience at CareNow today. The entire team was patient, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. From the front desk to the medical assistants and the provider, everyone took the time to listen and clearly explain my diagnosis and next steps. I’ve been here several times for both myself and my kids. Easy signin online and I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes! It’s very clean, friendly staff, and dr Allen has been great each time! Would highly recommend this Urgent Care, especially for children! I’m sure we’ll be back soon, lol.
