CareNow Urgent Care - Rainbow & Mardon

Purposely went out of my way to visit this specific urgent care location which had the highest rating amongst all other locations. I was seen promptly (may help to check in and set a walk in appt up online) I was met with kind, friendly employees from the front desk down to the nurse I was seen by. I encourage you to exercise your patience and overall kindness as the world needs more of it but especially those with front facing, human interaction careers like these medical providers. Overall a quick and pleasant experience. Checked in, seen and left within 30 minutes.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Melissa Lin and the team at CareNow. I came in not feeling well, and from the moment I walked through the door, the front desk staff was kind, courteous, and welcoming. When you’re sick, that first interaction matters more than people realize — and they set the tone perfectly. The medical assistant was attentive, pleasant, and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed or brushed off. She made sure I was comfortable and listened to what was going on. Dr. Lin was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the plan moving forward. I really appreciated how straightforward and thoughtful she was. One of the best Urgent Care facilities I have been to for either myself or family! 15 minutes wait time. David and Melissa were stellar! Listened to me… and my symptoms. Then made their diagnosis. Live on other side of town, but will return when urgent care needed. Thank you

I am delighted. This is one of the best clinics, they quickly admitted me, quickly checked my heart. I came with pain in my left chest and thought that it was either heart or something with the lungs, but it turned out that it was muscle pain, three nurses came to me. The doctor came to me very quickly several times, Thank you very much, and who also did a good job. Thank you, I recommend this place to everyone.

Incredible staff from beginning to end…. This place is a unicorn!!! I was in and out in less than 30mins. If I would have went to the hospital…. I would have been there for at least 4-6 hours! FAST Care with a smile. If I can make it a simple explanation
