CareNow Urgent Care - North Zaragoza

I just went in to get my finger drained because of a paronychia. The wait time was good. The assistant, nurse and doctor were all amazing. I truly felt cared for and heard. I got in and out right away! For someone with 3 kids I am so happy I was there no longer than 45 minutes.

Very nice urgent care, nice facility and staff. Quick check in and not a long wait. Staff was very nice especially the X-ray tech and doctor. Thought my toe was broke and so did the doctor he even checked the X-ray twice. Good communication and service. The doctor and nurse really listen to your concerns and even though it was a quick visit they took their time to explain and listen to me. I would highly recommend this urgent care on Montwood in El Paso. Top notch service! Thank you

Front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful with check-in process. I did not have to wait too long to be seen. The medical personnel was very informative, attentive and very friendly. He showed he cared about my well being. I highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Customer service was excellent. From the receptionist to the nurses taking vitals as you walk in and both doctors - Dr. Rhea and Dr. Quintana. HOWEVER, do NOT go to this clinic if you have a serious health concern or illness that would require heavier medication or treatment. This is a SMALL clinic that can only prescribe basically COUNTER medication and basically give you “band aid” medicine. From my experience, I went in Tuesday afternoon with fever, chills, body aches, headache, phlegm, cough, and ear/sinus pain. I was told it was a viral infection and I was prescribed a COUGH SYRUP ONLY by Dr Rhea. No antibiotics. I was also told to take Tylenol or ibuprofen to control the rest of my symptoms. I had to go back Saturday because I got worse and I had to pay my copay again to be seen by a

I would give them 5 stars, since the staff is very friendly and attentive, but I will not give them 5 stars because they take too long, last almost 2 hours there and only went for a physical exam, there were no people, how can it take so long for something so simple?
