CareNow Urgent Care - North Hills

Physician assistant Michael Huela was wonderful. Truly, truly wonderful! Even without a doctor or registered nurse onsite, he immediately put us at ease. Licensed since 2005, he has a calm, reassuring bedside manner that’s truly rare. We are so grateful! The facility was clean. Corrin took our vitals and was quite lovely too. Thank you!

I had such a great experience at CareNow North Hills. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and efficient. The office was clean, well organized, and I never felt rushed or overlooked. I especially want to recognize the manager, Lily. She was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about both patients and her team, and that makes such a difference. Healthcare visits can be stressful, but this location made it easy and reassuring. I’m very thankful for the level of care and attention I received and would absolutely recommend CareNow North Hills to anyone needing urgent care.

I would not recommend coming to this CareNow urgent care if you are experiencing pain, as I felt completely dismissed and judged during my visit. I had a unique medical situation that required several tests. During my appointment, I asked about receiving a shot that the doctor initially told me I could have. However, when I later requested it, she stated that she never said that and told me I had already been discharged and there was nothing more she could do. I left the office still in pain. When I asked to speak to a manager or charge nurse, I was told no one was available or in charge at the time, which was extremely concerning. I spent approximately three and a half hours there and left with only blood work completed — no prescriptions, no pain relief, and no real resolution. During

The PA Michael was amazing. Attentive and helpful when the pharmacy he sent my meds to was shut down he called me and gave me a paper prescription to take it to a 24 hr pharmacy. The nurse Jeannie was very sweet, so was Rocky at the front desk! At first I was hesitant because a care now within a walmart? But its much nicer inside than I expected and absolutely 1000% faster than any I've ever been to before. Will be back again!!
