CareNow Urgent Care - North Charleston

I miss the good old days where healthcare workers actually like their jobs. I’m literally tired of these lackadaisical Bad customer service, health care workers. My shoulder popped out of place. I’m in so much pain with my two children. I’m standing at the desk waiting for 10 minutes and then I met with her. What do you want/ What are you here for? I explain about my shoulder and I’m told well we close in an hour and it’s an hour. Wait so…. I just left because I can’t with these people anymore. my wife is a nurse and I told her to love her and I’m glad she does. Like this, literally give healthcare a bad rap.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to recognize the incredible woman working at the front desk. Her name was Lashea and she was absolutely phenomenal! So kind, friendly and welcoming to myself and my child. She turned what could have been a stressful visit into a genuinely pleasant experience. Customer service like hers is rare and her kindness DID NOT go unnoticed. This facility is lucky to have her!!

I have been here 3x for various reasons over the last few years and I have to say every time they have been very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend if you have an urgent care need to go there. I would also recommend that you register and check in online that makes it so much faster when you get there, you don’t have to sit and wait for 30 minutes. They get you right in if you get there at your visit time.

I had a great experience here. I came in with a 9/10 in pain. I was seen in less than 30 minutes! Everyone was very kind and helpful. They took the time to explain anything with any of my questions and make sure I understood. They even pointed me to the closest 24/7 pharmacy to make sure I could get the prescription late at night on a Saturday. Ill definitely go back to this urgent care if I need to in the future.

I had a great first visit at CareNow this morning! In and out in 30 minutes. The staff were all so kind and personable. Being in doctor’s offices makes me a little uneasy so I appreciated everyone’s friendliness. Dr. Paula was very attentive in listening to my concerns this morning. She gave me the fix I needed and I was on my way. Easy process!
