CareNow Urgent Care - Murray

I was really pleased with my experience. I work at St Mark's, an HCA Healthcare location. Following an event at work, I spoke to employee health and they processed the report and sent me to the most convenient location which was here. I came at a slow time on a Wednesday afternoon. The facility was clean. Air filter going throughout. Masks and sanitizer were well stocked. The staff got me through quickly. They were kind while listening to my questions and concerns. Prompt referral to a specialist and medication sent to my preferred pharmacy. 👍🏼👍🏼 if I could! Kudos to Ethan at the front desk.

I had fractured a rib, didnt want to go through an ER (uhg) visit & couldnt see my Primary Dr. This urgent care clinic is EXCEPTIONAL, close & equipped. I went in, registered, and was seen faster than I expected. Everyone was very nice and saw a NP shortly after, had Xrays and all was done in 30 mins.I left w/a perscription & advised to have the visit & Xrays sent to my Primary Dr. for follow up. I didnt even mention I am an RN, know good care when I find it. I will definately return if in need & refer to family & friends 😊❣️

I got in quickly and they took such good care of me! I got the help I needed and was even able to get my prescription filled there which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. Very convenient. The entire staff were so awesome and kind! I am definitely grateful to have chosen this place.

Normally come away from urgent cares feeling slightly annoyed, but left this CareNow actually smiling. Every single person from the front desk to techs to doctor were extremely caring, friendly, and thoughtful. Plus they were fast, but not with rushed care. Grateful they’re in our community.

Seemed like a slow night but I was in and out pretty fast. They seemed very efficient and everyone was friendly. The provider I saw was Jessica Coop and she was awesome. Made the visit super comfortable and was very kind and patient while I asked a lot of questions. I was out of there in no time and they even had the prescribed med there for my persistent cough.
