CareNow Urgent Care - Mansfield

Awful! Believe the recent reviews. I went four days ago because I had a pop in my knee and was in a large amount of pain. They did an x ray then dismissed me, without discussing any results, someone just came into the room and handed me discharge papers. No one came to discuss the results, what I should do to care for the knee or pain management. The discharge papers included only an anti inflammatory when I asked the woman who gave them to me about the pain I was she told me to take ibuprofen, but when I mentioned this to my sister she said I shouldn’t mix that with my anti inflammatory and Google confirmed to not mix them. After a horrible 2 hour wait at Mansfield Urgent Care I decided to leave and come here. They had my son back within 10 minutes and completed within 30. Thank you for your clean establishment, professionalism and rapid response.

I went to this location yesterday 2/24/26 and I advised the PA Rebecca Molina I was having sinus issues with sore through, coughing green yellow discharge. Molina looked at both my ears and my throat. She was very nonchalant in treating my concerns kept saying everythings clear when I knew it was not and saying “just allergies” even with me explaining my concerns. Left with her prescribing allergy meds. She did not even come back in to discuss treatment. Later that night my sinuses hurt so bad on my left side that my upper teeth hurt and I coughed all night!! Called 2/25/26 talked with front desk person and explained she kept saying I would have to come back in for evaluation. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

This whole system they have where you check in online and wait at home until they're ready for you is meant to greatly decrease the amount of time you are actually in the waiting room or the exam room. Apparently they have no clue what they're doing. They texted me and told me they were ready for me. I left immediately and an hour after they said they were ready for me they took me back to the exam room. Then I waited for about another 50 minutes for the doctor to come in. The doctor spent maybe 3 minutes with me. I'm sick as a dog and I don't have the energy to just sit in the most uncomfortable chair in the world while they dawdle. My spouse, began feeling unwell on 1/11/26. She woke up with body aches, a sore throat, headache, fatigue, chills, and a temperature of 99.5. We made an appointment at our nearest CareNow and were able to be seen quickly. Upon arrival, the receptionist spoke to us with an unpleasant tone, but we continued with the visit. She had her vitals taken and was tested for strep, flu, and COVID. She also had visible white patches in the back of her throat and was complaining of significant throat pain. When Rebecca Molina, PA, came in, she stated that all tests were negative but explained that because symptoms had just started that morning, it could take up to 48 hours for a positive result to appear.
