This was my first visit to CareNow Urgent Care, and I had a great experience. The entire team was extremely kind, patient, and professional. Wendy at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. Nurse Rico took exceptional care of me while treating my blocked ear. He was very patient and didn’t hesitate even when I asked him to repeat the procedure 2–3 times to make sure the blockage was completely cleared. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout. Dr. OEI examined my ear thoroughly and clearly explained what was happening and what needed to be done. I have been to this location twice. I actually drive from a different city 30 mins away for this specific location. The front desk staff is always nice and welcoming to me. Heather hands down was magnificent today! I appreciate her passion and willingness to look and listen to me and my concerns. I was comfortable enough to speak freely with her. If I could, I would ask for specially if needed for a future visit.

I had a really great experience at CareNow on MacArthur in Irving, Texas. I came in because my right ear suddenly felt clogged and my hearing felt like I was underwater. I could barely hear out of that ear and it was really concerning. At first I thought it might be a virus or even a bacterial ear infection because the hearing loss in one ear happened so suddenly. My right ear was clogged for 2 days but on the 3rd day the hearing got worse after a nap. I went in the morning when they opened and I waited for 10 minutes as a walk in. Before going in, I used the insurance checker on their website to make sure my Oscar insurance was accepted, which made the process much easier and gave me peace of mind before the visit. From the moment I walked in, Wendy at the front desk was welcoming, efficient and very organized, which immediately made the wait less than expected. Rico, the MA/Nurse, was attentive and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect when meeting with the provider. Overall the staff was friendly, professional, and made what is usually an unpleasant urgent care visit much more comfortable. I would definitely return to this location and recommend it to others.
