CareNow Urgent Care - Keller Pkwy & Main

Next time prescribe me something other than what I can just get at the store. They prescribed me aleve for a bone fracture. Not only that but they set it up for pick up at a Walgreens 30 minutes away from where i told them to have it filled. Do not go here. Not only that, they weren't nice at all when diagnosing me. I gave them a really nice tone said thanks and hi how are you and what not, but all i got was a hi and ok's. Not a single your welcome or have a good day. Do yourselves a favor, and go schedule to a different location if you want medication that actually works and to be spoken nice to. P.S (to the manager) The rude employee seemed to be very Hispanic amd she did not seem to communicate well. Fire her.

Not happy with this Care Now!! I was in on the 9th to get 3 stitches. I was told to come back in 10 days and they would be removed. Ok perfect 10 days come. I call to get them removed and am told that there would be a charge of $180 and $50 to remove them. That is not what I was told by the lady stitching me up at the time. I proceed to go contact another carenow and they tell me this is not true. They tell me that there should be no charge for removal with in 10 days. The other carenow goes ahead and takes care of it for me. They also inform me that I owe an additional amount that was not collected at that time. What are you doing Keller CareNow??!?!??!? This place is a joke. I waited longer to be seen than the time they spent to diagnose me. They charged me $100 to act as if nothing was wrong and sent me home with a cough syrup that I could have gotten over the counter. I then went to a real Doctor somewhere else and found out I had a sinus infection and was prescribed real medication. Do not waste your money going here. They are a scam.

They were prompt, considerate, and compassionate from the front desk to the nurse to the practitioner. So thankful for an urgent care that is quick and easy when you feel terrible after hours.
