CareNow Urgent Care - Grapevine

I normally go to Legacy Urgent care in North Richland Hills, and I'm usually out within 45 minutes even with testing. The employees at Urgent Care were very nice and friendly. However, I was there 3 hours. They sent my prescription to a pharmacy that is no longer open or never existed even though I gave them the proper address. I called the office to get my prescription sent to another pharmacy, but I wasn't able to speak with anyone. I'm definitely filing a report with the Better Business Bureau because this is ridiculous, and I still don't have any medicine for a sinus infection after paying a $70 co pay!

Excellent experience at Care Now: We had such a great experience at CareNow! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was kind, courteous, and efficient. We as patients could have been easier to deal with. Yet the front desk assistant was patient and made us feel comfortable, and Dr. Bass was absolutely wonderful — professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a clinic where every team member is so compassionate and thorough. We truly appreciate the quality of care and the respect shown throughout our visit.

BF fell on ice and injured shoulder. To be safe we came to Care Now for XRAY. Dr Moody and XRAY technician were both fantastic. Nothing broken luckily! The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Thanks for the great services under challenging circumstances.

I was never able to get through on the phone, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up and tried again, but then I was placed on hold again. I just tried calling on Valentine’s Day, I guess they’re busy this morning. They should at least ask on the phone if they’re able to place you on hold. I find it rude they just put you on hold without even letting me speak. Called back to see if they provide EKG and receptionist went to ask provider. When she returned to me, she said the provider can give me the results but not the report when I asked her what that meant she replied with “I’m just telling you what they said”. That still doesn’t answer my question…now I’m on hold again. Yikes. Please train your staff on customer service and overall competence.

We've come her for the past couple years and this is one of our favorite Urgent Care Clinics. They are quick responsive and helpful and recognize our family by sight. Tonight was a quick visit after my flu started to move down into my lungs and was turning bacterial instead of viral. They listened to my concerns about my preconsisting health conditions and worked to get me what I needed to avoid getting worse.
