CareNow Urgent Care - Georgetown

Went in because I had bruised a rib and it was getting worse instead of better after nearly 3 weeks. Made an appointment and completed some forms online and my appointment was 30 minutes from scheduling. I was seen promptly, the staff was polite and efficient, and I was out within 40 minutes, which included xrays to ensure there was no pneumonia or broken ribs. Very pleased with the service!

I'm going to share my experience at Care Now Urgent Care. Today I went in for a physical exam for work, and upon entering, I was greeted by a young woman named Indira Vasquez who was very attentive and kind. She helped me with every detail I didn't understand when filling out my forms. I didn't have to wait long. Once inside, I was seen by Araceli, the doctor's assistant, who was also very kind. They offered me water to drink. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I recommend this place.

In hindsight, I think I was having a panic attack, but I went in to be seen for chest pain/ labored breathing and was taken good care of. Check in was fast for my very first time here. I cannot say enough good things about the MA Jackeline she was so kind, positive and bubbly, and so professional. Really the whole staff was. I definitely felt like I was in a safe space. I left with peace of mind and would definitely go back again if the need arises.

Avoid this clinic if you have a deadline or expect honest medical service. I checked in at 12:30 PM for a required occupational test. At 1:07 PM, while I was sitting right in their lobby, their system sent me a fraudulent text claiming I "checked in but was not seen," effectively wiping my wait time from their public records. ​When confronted, the staff showed zero accountability. Instead of fixing their "system error," they explicitly told me: "If you don't want to wait, you can leave." ​This is a clear case of Wait-Time Manipulation. They "ghost" patients in the system to make their corporate KPI data look better while neglecting the actual people in the waiting room. 11-21-2025. I easily made an online appointment with CareNow for a same day appointment. I was given the opportunity to provide the needed personal & insurance data online. Once at CN, check in was fast and wait time to see the medical staff was reasonable. The attending physician was friendly, asked pertinent questions and was open to answer any concerns. I will return to CareNow as needed. Highly recommended!
