I had a great experience at CareNow urgent care thanks to Adjae. She helped me with my DOT drug test and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, respectful, and very efficient. She explained everything clearly and kept things moving quickly while still making sure everything was done properly. I really appreciated her positive attitude and great customer service. If you go to CareNow urgent care I definitely recommend asking for Adjae.

They are so nice here! I honestly feel like the doctor and front desk people actually care. They went above and beyond in my opinion to do referrals, help me with insurance billing for prescriptions. I have been very impressed the few times I’ve been here. Great for Veterans.

0 stars for the front desk lady with the lifting wig. THEIR system was down — NOT my problem — and she tried to make it my responsibility. She told me, “OUR system is down and its not letting ME see insurance information so YOURE going to have to pay for todays visit in full” Then she really tried to say, “You can’t leave until you pay the $180.” Be so serious. I know I don’t have a copay. I’ve already met my deductible. That is something your office should handle, not me. I asked if they could bill it (like every other medical place does) and she very quickly snapped back with, “We don’t do billing.” LIE — I’ve literally been billed by CareNow before. So why argue? Why stress me out? Why lie? And after all the attitude and back and forth, suddenly she goes, “It’s fine, they’ll just bil
