CareNow Urgent Care - Fredericksburg

This place had the best customer service that I've experienced in a long time. It started as soon as I walk in and spoke with Robin at the front desk. She was super friendly and helpful but not just with me but to everyone that walked in after me and the ones who were there before me and may have been impatient. She showed professionalism as well as respecting people’s time. She showed patience, caring and good old fashioned kindness with excellent customer service that is a rarity in today's society. The same professionalism and kindness ran through the entire Care Now team. Thank you all for having Super Customers Service Qualities!

From check in to check out was smooth and easy. All staff was polite and ready to help! Erin was great and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease and I left the office feeling less stressed about my situation. Will always recommend! Thanks CareNow!

My experience at CareNow was great. The wait time wasn't bad. The doctor was very thorough as well as personable. He engaged in conversation and was more than happy to answer all my concerns. I definitely would recommend this facility if you find yourself in need for care. It's refreshing to be seen and heard by those treating you.

Neisha at the front desk was kind and provided amazing customer service. The provider, Kendall, and the nurse, Tishiki, were also really great and kind. There was little to no wait time, and my husband and I were in and out quickly!

CareNow was fantastic! I get incredibly nervous about going to doctors in general, and, of course, even more so when there's an active medical problem. I was truly impressed with CareNow. They got me in so quickly - so much sooner than I expected - and it was great to be able to wait and complete all my intake paperwork at home. When I got there, I was shown to an exam room immediately. All of the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and helped me feel at ease. I loved the PA, Ken. He really listened to me about my health history and was able to very quickly diagnose me. He discussed all my treatment options with me, and listened to all my questions and concerns. He prescribed the necessary medications and made sure I understood what they were for and how to take them properly. He
