CareNow Urgent Care - Fossil Creek

Hello, I just had a drug test done to begin employment with a new job. I was very pleased with my services. The front desk ladies provided excellent customer service, assisted me with the questions I had and were detailed and knowledgeable. My experience when I went back to do the drug screen was wonderful as well. The nurse was very kind and professional. She explained the process to me assuring that I understood and was very kind and professional. We talked and shared a few laughs. I had a very positive and great experience at CareNow and I'm glad my future employer choose you for my job requirements! Thank you for your service!

i’ve come to this urgent care like 5 times in the past 3 years. i know, i know, take a multivitamin. but it’s always been super quick, 30min to an hour max. front desk means business, just don’t be an idiot and have your info ready. MA, NP, MD, PA….they’re all great here. i’ve seen them all. safe place if you are a patient with mental health history, too. i’ve been treated like dirt at other places for some prescriptions on my chart, they don’t care. just want to know the problem NOW, will treat you right away, get you out of there. no nonsense, good bedside manner. i’ve had mono, ear infections, strep, bronchitis, the flu. they submit your prescriptions in fast, follow up some days later. i don’t care if they take three hours one of these days. fossil creek is a good team.

I moved to Fort Worth not long ago so I do not have a primary doctor. I was having some Kinsey/back issues. I walked in and was taken care of. Cynthia took was wonderful and walked me though everything. While I don’t wish urgent care on anyone I would highly recommend CareNow if you need somewhere to go. They were fast, kind and I had a positive experience. In and out in an hour

I came to CareNow due to my allergies affecting my asthma. I was a walk in and my wait time was not very long even though the clinic was busy. The staff were professional and helpful. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Prepare to spend an hour and a half minimum. Checked in online. Got a text saying it was our turn. Went in and still waited 40 min in the waiting room. Then spent another hour in the exam room before being discharged. And there was only one other person waiting to be seen. Why does it take so long to be seen and discharged. I hate this place with every fiber of my being. Never a simple and quick in and out. There needs to be other options for urgent care that are quick other than the ER where you get price gouged. Our visit was within an hour of them opening.
