CareNow Urgent Care - Forney

Very friendly and professional, walked in last minute for a sports physical and the staff and front desk (Regina) were very nice about it. As a working parent the hours are very convenient. I will definitely be going back for any health needs and or future sport physicals :)

What an amazing place! Very clean and welcoming (: I needed a respirator fit test that many CareNow locations could not provide. I called and they got everything ready to go to get it done. Regina was incredibly professional on the phone and had the paperwork ready and highlighted for me. Lavon the nurse was very friendly and professional. She completed the test with ease and confidence. Shoutout to Ericka back in the lab/ x ray she was awesome (:

First time I have been at this Care Now. First time I have ever had to scan a thing to take me to an app to sign in to see a doctor. With that being said, the receptionist walked me through it patiently and helped me get checked in. Extremely grateful for that. It was very busy with a lot of sick people. Thirty minutes before I was to be seen, I received a text message to return to clinic. I am Extremely impressed with the staff and the Doctor. If I need to go to an urgent care facility in the future, this will be my place to go. Thank you to all for such a great experience and being taken care of.

I paid $245 for the visit and the prescription provided was inadequate and did not properly address my symptoms. For that cost, I expected a more thorough evaluation and appropriate treatment plan. Very disappointing experience. I will travel fith

I started going to this urgent care because it was close and convenient. I have continued to go because the staff is always so nice! The doctor takes his time, listens fully to you, and is very thorough. Thank you for taking care of me and my family anytime we need it!
