I came in for a test that I needed done and Jodi was absolutely fantastic. She greeted me with the biggest smile and the best help. I was a bit nervous for the test, though Jodi walked me through every step of the way. She was kind, outgoing, and overall lovely to work with. She answered all my questions thoroughly! Dr. Robin Wellington has gone above and beyond for me every time I have had to use the urgent care service. She takes the time to hear me out and address everything in addition to providing me with the solutions. I saw provider Robin at the S Rainbow/ Mardon on 1/16/26 gave me the pain/steroid shots i needed for my knee pain. Robin and her MA were very helpful and courteous. Little had i known that there were no follow up meds prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. so i called the Rainbow/Mardon location on 1/18/26 and asked if I can have the steroid prescriptions.to sustain before i see my PCP. Paul, NP was not comfortable giving me steroids because of my prediabetes condition which i understand and i declined the meloxicam coz it doesnt help me.
