CareNow Urgent Care - Bull Street

It was a very good visit. The PA Jeff is friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. He took his time with me and explained my treatment thoroughly. The office is clean and neat. The triage nurse is gentle and did a very good job drawing my blood. I would definitely recommend this quick care facility. It is sooo much better than the two I visited in the past.

Such a kind, friendly, and helpful team all around! The online process is easy, you secure a spot “in line” and don’t have to wait too long once it’s “your turn.” I love the texts that keep you updated. This is definitely my go to spot when I need to feel better fast!

Friendly and quick efficient service- I would definitely recommend to anyone to be seen here. PA and nurse listened attentively and PA and I came up with a plan of action together which is pretty important to ensure quality care and was really happy most about that, knowing this is a yearly illness with me- Sinusitis. I waited 3 weeks to go hoping it would get better and resolve on its own, but glad for this type of care since getting a regular doc appointment is always impossible - and no one can afford an ER visit. I was in and out in under and hour.

The nurse and doctor were both WONDERFUL! Very kind and soothing- I’m just sorry we don’t have a walk in like this where we live. I left feeling much better!

I had a mishap in scheduling an appointment online but everything was resolved quickly by Alexis. She was very nice. Leslie the nurse was kind and very accommodating. I was seen quickly, treated, and was able to pick up my prescription easily. It was easy and all the staff were great. Thank you again.
