I’m a pretty patient person. I never rush, I never yell, especially when I come in on Christmas Eve. Legitimately the worse service I have ever had. I could barely breathe the entire time, I was wheezing and gasping for breath. I feel like no one was really listening to me, which could be excusable with the holidays. Everyone’s tired. Negative for the cold, flue, and covid, which put pneumonia on the table. They sent me home with prescriptions for brochodilaters that didn’t really help that much. I had to come in for an x-ray twice, both times they rushed through it. It’s been 4 days, I still can’t breathe, I had to call multiple times to even get my results because I was scared I had pneumonia. The audacity, when I call, to say that all my results were negative and I’m “fine.” Fine p
Well, CARE NOW URGENT CARE was fine and there service was fine.... So in my opinion they are needed in neighborhoods when you're sick or injured in some way and don't really need to go to the hospital or can't get to a hospital. Every one there was nice and polite from check-in to seeing the doctor. Like I said I think they are great and provide a great service for me and to it's other clients, they were a little slow because they only had one doctor there working so I had to wait about twenty five minutes in my room before the doctor got to me.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. They’ll take your card information without your consent when paying a $20 copay and charge you for services months later without sending out any billing information. I never put my card on file and they never notified me of any balances just straight up charged my card $85.06. Not only that when I did go there to be seen for a sore throat they told me everything was negative and that I was fine just take allergy medicine. I came back a week later for a worsening sore throat, swollen uvula, tonsil pain, ear pain, and Tylenol no longer helping. Again , I was told nothing is wrong with me I’m fine. I had a terrible experience here. She had extreme shortness of breathe. My wife has tests and imaging done on December 24th. Tests came back negative and the x-rays was inconclusive. She was asked to return for additional x-rays which she did same day. We did not hear back even after calling on the 26th and showing up in person. She called again on the 27th to be told that she was fine and had no issues even though her symptoms have only progressed. This vist cost us $180 plus our time to receive no answers. I urge you to find other solutions than this location as you will not be prioritized and will be treated unfairly based on our experience.
My husband and I visited your clinic on 1/18/26 to have an infected burn on his hand treated. We were directed to wait for over 30 minutes before being seen by the front desk receptionist (not sure what her hame is she was on the left side hispanic/latina) When we were finally addressed, the receptionist informed us that if the burn was a work-related injury, my husband would need to go through a lengthy workers' compensation approval process before receiving treatment which was not the case she Didn’t care to listen or provide solutions. During this interaction, the staff member had a poor attitude and seemed unwilling to help, which made us feel unwelcome and frustrated.
